What do you sell?
We sell custom and pre-designed mouse pads / desk mats. Some products may be made to order and may require additional production time before shipping.
Are your products custom-made?
Yes, custom products are made based on the design, image, size, and options selected by the customer. Because custom items are produced specifically for each order, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, and refund rules than non-custom items.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rates if you pay from outside the United States.
Are taxes, duties, or customs fees included?
Taxes may be calculated at checkout where applicable. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other local charges may not be included in the product or shipping price. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

What image quality should I upload?
For best results, we recommend uploading the highest-resolution image available. Low-resolution, blurry, compressed, or stretched images may result in lower print quality.
Will you edit or improve my image?
We may make basic adjustments when needed, such as positioning, resizing, or preparing the file for print. However, we do not guarantee that low-quality, blurry, cropped, or pixelated images can be fully corrected.
What happens if my image does not fit the selected size?
Some cropping or trimming may occur depending on the shape and ratio of your image compared to the selected mouse pad size. The preview or crop tool is intended to help you position your image, but minor differences may occur during production.
Am I responsible for the image I upload?
Yes. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the image or have the legal right, license, or permission to use it for printing. You agree not to upload content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or company.
Can you refuse to print my image?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order containing content that we believe may be illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
Do you own my uploaded image?
No. You keep ownership of your image. However, by uploading it, you grant us the limited permission needed to process, print, manufacture, and fulfill your order.
Orders
How long does order processing take?
Processing times vary depending on order volume, product type, and whether the item is custom-made. Estimated processing times, if shown on the product page or at checkout, are estimates and not guarantees unless expressly stated.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because custom orders may enter production quickly, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or refund the order unless required by law.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. We can only update an address before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery to a corrected address and may not be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name, email address, and any payment confirmation so we can help locate your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to selected locations depending on available carriers and checkout eligibility. If shipping is unavailable to your address, your order may not be accepted or may be cancelled and refunded.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, product size, order weight, and carrier availability.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery date shown is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Production time and shipping time are separate. For U.S. orders, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after production.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If we cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law where no timeframe is provided, we may contact you with an updated estimated shipping date and any available options, including cancellation and refund where required.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
Unless a delivery date is expressly stated as guaranteed, delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Who is responsible for customs delays?
International customers are responsible for complying with local import rules. Customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import restrictions may delay or prevent delivery, and these events are outside our control.
My tracking says delivered, but I did not receive the package. What should I do?
Please check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors, building reception, or local carrier office. If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then contact us. We will help where possible, but we are not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss after confirmed delivery unless required by law.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Do you accept returns?
For custom-made products, returns may not be accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law. Non-custom products may be eligible for return if stated in our Return Policy.
Do you offer refunds if I do not like the final print?
Because custom products are made using the image and options selected by the customer, we generally do not offer refunds for personal preference, image choice, color expectations, cropping approved by the customer, or low-quality uploaded files, unless the product is defective or required by law.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and applicable law.
What counts as a defect?
Defects may include major printing errors, incorrect product size, manufacturing damage, or receiving the wrong item. Minor color variation, slight positioning differences, or issues caused by low-quality uploaded images may not be considered defects.
Are colors guaranteed to match my screen?
No. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, brightness, color profile, and the printing process. We do not guarantee an exact color match between your digital image and the final printed product.
Can I return a product because I uploaded the wrong image?
We are not responsible for customer upload errors, incorrect files, spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, wrong size selection, or incorrect cropping choices. Contact us quickly, but once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Payments & Chargebacks
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and payment provider.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Check that your billing details are correct and that your bank or payment provider has approved the transaction. You may try another payment method if available.
What should I do before opening a chargeback?
Please contact us first so we can review the issue and try to resolve it. Opening a chargeback may delay resolution because the payment provider may require time to investigate.
