At Overealm, every mousepad is produced on demand and crafted specifically for each customer. Many of our products also include original custom calligraphy created exclusively for your order.
Because our products are made to order, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- You changed your mind.
- You entered the wrong name, word, or spelling.
- You dislike the artistic style or interpretation of the calligraphy.
- The final design does not match your personal expectations.
- You ordered the wrong product, size, or shipping option.
- You simply no longer want the product.
Please carefully review all customization details before completing your purchase.
2. Order Cancellations
Because every Overealm product is made to order, cancellation requests are time-sensitive.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Personalized Products
Orders containing custom calligraphy or any other personalized artwork may only be canceled before the personalization process has started.
If the custom calligraphy or artwork has already been created by our artists, but production of the mousepad has not yet started, we may still cancel your order.
However, the personalization service has already been completed and will not be refunded.
In this situation, you will receive a refund for the remaining balance of your order, including any shipping charges that have not yet been incurred.
Once production of the mousepad has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
Non-Personalized Products
Orders without personalization may be canceled and fully refunded, including shipping costs, provided that production has not yet started.
Once printing or production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during a sale, promotional event, clearance event, or with a discount code are final sale.
Sale and discounted products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
4. Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event that your product has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If we determine that the product has a verified manufacturing defect, Overealm may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product.
5. Shipping
Overealm is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier after your order has been handed over for shipment.
Any shipping-related claims should be submitted directly to the carrier whenever applicable.

7. Artistic Disclaimer
Overealm creates original artistic calligraphy inspired by Japanese, Chinese, and Arabic visual traditions.
Each design is individually created by an artist and is intended as an artistic interpretation rather than traditional or academic calligraphy.
Variations in composition, brushwork, spacing, proportions, texture, or artistic style are intentional creative choices and are not considered manufacturing defects.

8. Chargebacks & Abuse
Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive claims, false defect reports, or attempts to obtain free products after receiving a completed custom-made order may be disputed using production records, artwork creation records, shipping documentation, tracking information, and proof of delivery.
By placing an order with Overealm, you acknowledge that your order is produced specifically for you and agree to this Returns, Replacements & Cancellation Policy.
