At Overealm, every product is made to order.
Your calligraphy is digitally hand-crafted specifically for you before your mousepad is printed and shipped. Because each piece is personalized, please review this policy carefully to understand our processing and shipping timelines.
1. Processing Time
Every design is individually created after your order is placed.
Please allow:
- 2–3 business days for artwork creation and production preparation.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Options — United States
Overealm currently ships within the United States only.
The following shipping methods are available at checkout:

Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time 7-10 business days.
3. Business Days & Order Cutoff
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24/48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Overealm is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
5. Delivery Issues
5.1 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Overealm is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5.2 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at:
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
5.3 Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
These delays are outside of Overealm’s control, but we will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
6. International Shipping
Overealm currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping — including Europe and other regions — is planned for a future release. Updated information will be published on this page once international shipping becomes available.

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
