At Overealm, every product is custom-made and digitally hand-crafted specifically for each customer.
Because all products are personalized and produced on demand, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Every mousepad is created specifically for you using custom calligraphy and personalized artwork.
Once your order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Overealm does not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind
- You entered the wrong name, word, or spelling
- You dislike the artistic style of the calligraphy
- The final design does not match your personal expectations
- You selected the wrong product or shipping method
Please carefully review all customization details before completing your purchase.
2. Eligible Replacement Cases
We only offer free replacements in the situations listed below.
2.1 Damaged or Defective Product
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or visibly flawed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos showing the issue.
2.2 Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide a photo of the item received.
2.3 Lost Package
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier and does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery window.
If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Replacement Policy
For approved claims, Overealm will provide a replacement product free of charge.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Approved issues are resolved through replacement only.

5. Artistic Disclaimer
Overealm creates stylized artistic calligraphy inspired by Japanese and Arabic visual traditions.
Our work is intended as artistic interpretation rather than academic or traditional linguistic calligraphy.
Because each design is created in a unique artistic style, differences in composition, brushwork, spacing, texture, or artistic interpretation are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for refunds or replacements.

6. Chargebacks & Abuse
Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive behavior, or attempts to obtain free products after receiving a completed custom-made order may be disputed with supporting production, shipping, and delivery evidence.
